Repair order through our UPS Courier service:
We undertake postal repair orders from all parts of the UK as a nationwide repair centre. If you feel satisfied with our quoted cost of repair and want to proceed further with our service. Then just follow these simple steps.
Step 1– Getting you a Quote and Make an Online Payment:
Request a repair quote by filling in the repair quote request form or by using our Live Chat. Once you have agreed to the quote we take a payment of £17.50 upfront, this will be deducted from your repair quotes final payment.
Make an online payment through any of your Debit card, Visa, Master card, Pay Pal, American Express as stated in the e-mail which you get in response of requesting a free repair quote. Reasonable shipping charges are applied along with the repair cost.
Step 2 – Send the faulty Sony Device to our centre:

The diagnosis and repairing work will start as soon as we receive the device. After complete diagnosis and ascertaining the real repair issues, a final repair quote is prepared and mailed to you for consent. After receiving the consent we fix your device and get it sent back to you as soon as possible.
Before dispatching the device, we undertake a final check-up of the device to make sure its proper functioning. All this is done to give you a 100% satisfied result with the repair we have carried out for you.
Step 4 – Return of the perfectly working Sony device to you:
Once our testing process has been carried out we will arrange the return of device to an address of your choice anywhere in the UK.
